Questions
How is VAT calculated on the quote?
VAT-exclusive adds 10% (won fractions dropped); VAT-inclusive splits the total by 1.1. Amounts are the server's own recalculation, not the browser's.
Can I change it for my business?
Everything: questions, prices, statuses and the document text. Change an item or price in the price table and both the live total and the PDF follow.
Is it free?
The pack template, price table and response inbox are free. Making quote/receipt PDFs is a Pro feature, up to 500 a month once you turn it on. See the pricing page for the price.
