Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-21

These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities between Unbound Lab ("we") and the customer who uses Plymo (the "Service"). If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. The Service

The Service is a web application for building forms like documents and handling the responses with status, assignees, notes and reminders. It may include the form editor, response inbox, integrations (Google Sheets, Slack and others), payment blocks and AI form generation. Available features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

  1. You sign in with your Google account. There is no password.
  2. You must keep your account and mailbox secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
  3. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
  4. You can delete your account in settings at any time. Deleting it removes your forms, responses and other account data, except billing records we must keep by law for the periods in the Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and recurring billing

The Service has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Prices and limits are those shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

  1. Free is free of charge and comes with plan limits and a Plymo badge.
  2. Pro is a recurring subscription. Once you register a payment method, the same amount is charged automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly).
  3. USD payments: $19 a month or $190 a year (twelve months for the price of ten). USD payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, which handles the charge, receipts and taxes; any tax due in your country is shown at checkout. Interval changes and payment methods are managed under Manage billing (the Polar customer portal) on the billing screen.
  4. Your current period and next billing date are shown on the billing screen (Settings > Plan & billing).
  5. Cancelling: you can cancel any time on the billing screen. Automatic renewal stops immediately, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you then move to the Free plan.
  6. Refunds follow the Refund Policy (/refund): a full refund on request within 7 days of payment if no paid feature was used; otherwise no refund, and after cancelling you keep Pro until the paid period ends. We never refund automatically.
  7. We give 30 days' notice of price or plan-limit changes on screen or by email. A new price applies from the first renewal after the notice, and you may cancel before then.
  8. If a payment fails we retry. If every retry fails, Pro ends and your account moves to the Free plan.

4. Customer content and respondent data

  1. You own the forms, questions and files you create and the answers respondents submit ("Customer Content"). We process Customer Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.
  2. For respondents' personal data, you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions. You must tell respondents what you collect and why, and obtain any consent required.
  3. You can set a retention period on a form so that old responses are deleted automatically.
  4. When you turn on an integration (Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, AlimTalk and others), data is sent to that service on your instruction. That service's own terms apply between you and it.
  5. We do not sell Customer Content or use it for advertising. We do not write respondents' personal data to logs.

5. Payment blocks

Payment blocks let you collect payments from respondents on your own forms.

  1. The parties to any payment or transaction are you and the respondent. We are not a party, and we are not responsible for the goods or services, their quality, refunds or disputes. Respondents' refund requests are handled by you.
  2. We do not hold funds between you and respondents and we take no fee on those payments. Payments go to the payment provider you contract with directly (your own Toss Payments merchant account or your own Stripe account).
  3. You are responsible for your own seller obligations, including your merchant agreement (and, if you use Stripe, Stripe's services agreement), business reporting, taxes and refunds.
  4. Live payments are offered after our operational review; until then only test payments are available.

6. Prohibited use

You must not:

  1. create phishing or fraudulent forms, for example to trick people into giving passwords, card numbers or national ID numbers;
  2. collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis or break the law;
  3. upload or spread illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or malware;
  4. send spam, use automated access that disrupts the Service, or bypass limits.

7. Reports and enforcement

Anyone can report a suspicious form with the report link on the form. If we suspect a violation from a report or our own checks, we may unpublish the form or restrict the account, and we will tell you by email where possible, before or after.

If you disagree with an action, you can appeal by email within 30 days of the notice. We review the appeal, tell you the result by email, and lift the action if the appeal is justified.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or end features. We give 30 days' notice before material changes that are unfavorable to you.

If we shut the whole Service down, we give 30 days' notice so you can export your data, and we refund the unused part of any period already paid for.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, incidents or third-party outages; we give advance notice where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

  1. We are not liable for failing to provide the Service because of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, power cuts, network failures or outages of third-party services (hosting, payment providers, email delivery).
  2. We are not liable for damage caused by you, such as poor account security or a breach of these terms.
  3. We are not liable for the content you collect with forms, or for transactions and disputes between you and respondents or third parties.
  4. We recommend keeping your own copy of important responses, for example with the CSV export.
  5. None of the above limits our liability for damage caused by our intent or negligence, or where the law provides otherwise.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

11. Changes to these terms and contact

We announce changes and their effective date on screen 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you, which we also send by email). If you do not agree, you can cancel or delete your account before the effective date.
